The Water Chats program was created to respond to the need to deliver timely water quality information to managers across South Carolina. This webinar is part of a 4-part series of Water Chats Virtual Sessions. Session 2 is Contaminants of Emerging Concern and this two-part webinar is scheduled for August 27 & 29. The section of the Contaminants of Emerging Concern session gives an overview of the state of the knowledge on the topic. Natural resource managers depend on data to inform decision making; however, keeping up with the latest research findings can be a challenge.
Water Chats was developed through a collaborative, stakeholder-driven process and offered free-of-charge to provide new and emerging water quality research directly to natural resource managers and decision-makers in South Carolina.
