Narrative

The Coastal GeoTools conference is held every two years and focuses on geospatial data, tools, technology, and information for coastal resource management professionals. The Coastal GeoTools 2009 conference attracted about 300 attendees from 35 states and 5 foreign countries. Coastal professionals from many different sectors find the networking opportunities of the conference unique and important for furthering the goals of their organizations. Anyone interested in the development and application of geospatial technology for management of coastal resources will benefit from this conference. The conference will be held at the Kingston Plantation Embassy Suites in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, March 21-24, 2011. Late registration closes on February 22, 2011.
