Workshop Objective: To introduce local decision makers to wetland characteristics, such as plants, soils, and hydrologic features. Participants will learn about wetland ecosystem functions, benefits, and applications. Focus on wetland habitats commonly found in Horry and Georgetown counties.
Who Should Attend: Planning and Public Works Staff, Elected Officials, Stormwater Staff, Enforcement and Permitting staff, Zoning officials, Engineers, Contractors, Developers, and Consultants.
