Narrative

Carolina Clear, the Coastal Training Program, and the Community Associations Institute would like to invite community managers and homeowner associations to attend the 2012 Grand Strand Stormwater Pond Conference. Join us to learn more about the most sustainable and cost-effective ways to maintain the function and aesthetics of ponds in your community. The conference will feature:
■ Presentations from experienced professionals and researchers on pond ecology, maintenance options, regulatory guidelines, financial solutions, local success stories, and more.
■ Exhibits from companies, agencies, and local professionals on the best ways to solve pond maintenance challenges and the services they provide to meet these needs.
■Educational resources on water quality protection from the Coastal Waccamaw Stormwater Education Consortium.
■ Networking opportunities with community managers and homeowners associations in the Grand Strand.
■Continuing education (CE) credits will be available for community manager members of the South Carolina Community Associations Institute (CAI).
