Narrative

Green Infrastructure is a network of natural areas that benefits nature and people. The green infra-structure approach to community planning helps diverse community members come together to balance environmental and economic goals.

This Workshop will Introduce: green infrastructure terms and concepts; economic, ecologic, and societal green infra-structure benefits; ways to use green infrastructure concepts to improve coastal resilience; and where to find additional resources and training opportunities.

This workshop is geared towards city and county officials, developers, engineers, landscape architects, planners, and other decision makers involved in coastal management issues. To Register for the workshop go to:
