Narrative

The LID Hot Topics workshop will focus on the economic costs and benefits of implementing stormwater BMPs in site design in SC coastal communities, coastal SC residents’ perception of these stormwater management practices, and a maintenance cost calculator tool. Speakers include specialists with Clemson University and North Carolina State University. The workshop is intended for stormwater managers, engineers, landscape architects, and other design professionals working in coastal South Carolina. The workshop will be offered in two locations, Mount Pleasant and Myrtle Beach, SC. Cost is $25, which includes morning refreshments and lunch. This workshop can count for 4.5 PDHs/0.45 CEUs.
