Living Shoreline Workshop

Narrative

This workshop is designed for landscape professionals, homeowner associations, and property management groups interested in the many benefits of vegetated shorelines for stabilization, water quality protection, wildlife habitat and aesthetic beauty. The first portion of the workshop will be held inside the Floyd Conference Center on the campus of Carolinas Hospital. Participants are then invited to view the installation of 75 feet of wetland carpet. There is a $10 fee for the workshop and advance registration is required by May 29.
