Narrative

The workshop will present information on the benefits of rain gardens, rain garden design, construction, and maintenance of rain gardens, as well as plant selection and case studies. This event is appropriate for landscape architects, landscape professionals, and contractors interested in learning more about the design, installation, and maintenance of rain gardens as a runoff management practice. The workshop will include the installation of a rain garden at Hanahan Public Library. The cost of this workshop is $12. Lunch will be provided onsite. Registration deadline is May 22, 2015.
