The South Carolina Nonpoint Education for Municipal Officials (SCNEMO) introductory workshop for town of Bluffton local officials and staff, providing information about the impacts of non-point source pollution on water quality, the link between those impacts and land use, and some strategies to prevent or minimize those impairments associated with polluted runoff.
