Narrative

The South Carolina Nonpoint Education for Municipal Officials (SCNEMO) program workshop for local officials from the town of Bluffton and Beaufort County, which provided information about the impacts of non-point source pollution on water quality and the link between those impacts and land use. Additionally some strategies to prevent or minimize those impairments associated with polluted runoff were discussed.
