This is a 50+ page document that outlines steps for how communities can plan for resiliency in the face of climate change. It contains the following sections: an overview of climate change in New York, resilience assessment preparation, vulnerability and risk assessment, public engagement and outreach, integration of municipal plans, disaster preparedness and recovery, and hazards mitigations, as well as a section on different resources that could be used, such as maps, models, etc.
