This is a final report and overview of the results of the Resilient Washington State Initiative, which specifically examined resilience to earthquakes and other seimic activities. This report provides a framework for defining and evaluating community resilience to seismic activity, defining earthquake hazards, and evaluating infrastructure across many sectors.
